EN FRANCE :

Elena Giglioli, Directrice Administrative Formavision

Mme Elena Giglioli a une expérience de plus de 25 ans dans le secteur formation. Elle a travaillé à Unesco et pour d'autres organisations internationales avant de rejoindre Formavision en tant que directrice administrative en 1977. Elle est responsable des contrats entre les clients et GeoLearning.com et de l'adaptation et la traduction des produits. Président de ETMA (European Training Media Association) elle a développé un réseaux dans les pays du CE pour faciliter le one stop shopping et la concertation de l'adaptation des documents génériques de formation. Elle représente Formavision et ETMA au sein du DLO depuis 1982.

Bruce Duncan-Smith, Directeur Commercial Formavision

M. Bruce Duncan-Smith travaille depuis 27 ans dans le secteur formation et développement personnel en France. Il a créé la société Formavision en 1977 dont il est directeur commercial.

La société est éditeur et distributeur des outils de formation : vidéos, livres ; multimédia ; formation à distance (e-learning) et membre de ETMA (European Training Media Association) qui regroupe 15 entreprises en Europe. Formateur également, Bruce Duncan-Smith est sur la Faculté de Management Center Europe à Bruxelles. Spécialisé dans la formation à distance ( e-learning) depuis 8 ans, Bruce Duncan-Smith est formateur homologué pour GeoLearning.com et premier interlocuteur des clients en France, Belgique & Suisse.

Frank Russell, President
& Chief Executive Officer

Frank has more than 20 years of experience in the training and development field. Prior to founding GeoLearning, he was president and co-founder of Excellence in Training Corporation, a leading producer of video-based training.

Frank's extensive experience in the computer-based training field includes research at the Center for Advanced Computation at the University of Illinois where the first Internet browser was invented. He worked for Control Data Corporation in the late 1970s with the Plato System, which was the first commercially viable CBT authoring system. He has also been the director of training for a Fortune 500 company and head of training for the State of Iowa. Frank holds a BA from Southern Illinois University and a MA from the University of Illinois.

Sam has more than 15 years of accounting experience in the training industry and has been with GeoLearning since its beginnings. He has overall responsibility for the accounting, risk management, reporting and financial control activities of the company. He has served as CFO for Excellence in Training Corporation and as vice president of Primedia Workforce Learning, Inc. Sam also has extensive experience in computer-based accounting and networking systems. Sam holds two degrees from Drake University in Accounting and Computer Information Systems.


Diego Castillo, Vice President of Technology Diego Castillo, Vice President of Technology
Diego is responsible for developing, executing and managing GeoLearning’s technology strategy. He manages the programming, database, network administration and security teams charged with designing, deploying and supporting the complex e-learning systems for GeoLearning’s clients. Diego has more than 15 years of IT infrastructure and application experience, and has held senior technology management positions with organizations like Principal Financial Group, Wells Fargo Mortgage, Meredith Corporation, Time Warner and N.A. Philips Corporation. He is a graduate of Drake University with a BS in Computer Science.

La Troy Thomas, Vice President of Technical Architecture La Troy Thomas, Vice President of Technical Architecture
La Troy is responsible for the architecture, design and development of GeoLearning’s e-learning systems. With more than 15 years of experience in the field of information technology, his expertise includes advanced system analysis, design and architecture. He has integrated client/server and Web-based technology for several organizations, including IBM, State Farm Insurance, Principal Financial Group, Allied Insurance, Bandag, Norstan Consulting, University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana) and Norwest Mortgage/Wells Fargo. He has a BS in Computer Science from Western Illinois University (1992), and received his MBA from the University of Iowa (1999).

Scott Andriano, Vice President of Sales Scott Andriano, Vice President of Sales
Scott is responsible for the worldwide sales efforts at GeoLearning, and has more than 10 years of sales and sales management experience in the technology marketplace. Prior to joining GeoLearning, Scott held senior service and sales positions with Sprint and MCI/Worldcom. Most recently he was head of MCI/Worldcom's western sales region in the United States. Scott is a 1989 graduate of the University of Iowa with a BA in Economics and Business Administration.




William Hipwell, Vice President of Marketing William Hipwell, Vice President of Marketing
Will oversees the worldwide marketing activities of GeoLearning, including the overall positioning and promotion of the company's e-learning products and services. His team also manages the development of marketing programs that help clients promote their e-learning investments to end-users. Will's previous marketing, advertising and public relations management experience includes more than 8 years in the training and development, insurance and health care industries. He has a BA in Economics from York University (1994) and his MA in Marketing from Drake University (1995).




Susann Siebke, Vice President of Project Management & Quality Assurance Susann Siebke, Vice President of Project Management & Quality Assurance
Susann oversees GeoLearning's project management and quality assurance teams responsible for the installation and implementation of client e-learning systems. Prior to joining GeoLearning, she was the director of professional education at Drake University for 12 years and helped form the Drake Information Systems Consortium in 1987. She has a BA in Marketing from the University of Iowa (1975) and an MBA from Drake University (1993). Professionally, Susann has been an active member of the Central Iowa Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and HRTX, which focuses on the strategic use of technology in the management of HR.

Paul Schneider, Vice President of Professional Services Paul Schneider, Vice President of Custom Services
Paul is responsible for GeoLearning's courseware development division, where he oversees the development of Web-based training courses and the repurposing of instructional materials for online delivery. His team provides services in the areas of instructional design, web design, and materials development. Prior to joining GeoLerning, Paul worked with a variety of groups at the University of Illinois including the School of Library Science, Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Psychology, Senior Programs and Continuing Education. He received his PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Illinois (2000).

Todd Skokan, Director of Business Development Todd Skokan, Director of Business Development
Todd heads GeoLearning’s business development organization that is responsible for expanding the company's market share through the development of channel sales partnerships both domestically and internationally. He works with organizations such as Internet Service Providers, Application Service Providers, hardware and software manufacturers, value-added resellers, trade associations, academia and traditional technology training firms to develop third-party distribution channels for GeoLearning’s products and services. Prior to joining GeoLearning, Todd's experience in the e-learning industry included key sales management and executive positions with SkillSoft, Learn2.com, ITC Learning and Vital Learning.

Vaseem Kkan-Nasse, Quality Assurance Manager Vaseem Kkan-Nasse, Quality Assurance Manager
Vaseem manages GeoLearning’s quality assurance team responsible for planning and directing compliance with quality standards throughout the software development cycle. She has five years of experience in the e-learning industry and is a member of the Iowa Distance Learning Association and the Des Moines Area Quality Assurance Association. Vaseem has a BS in Biology from Loyola University and a Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School.

Noel Nicholas, Technical Support Manager
Noel manages the technical service and client training functions at GeoLearning, including the GeoLearning Help Desk. She has more than 10 years of customer service and training experience in the help desk industry. Prior to joining GeoLearning, Noel held a customer service role with Opis Corporation. She has BA and MA degrees from the University of Northern Iowa (1992) in Spanish with an emphasis in translation and interpretation. Noel is also a member of the Iowa Chapter of the Help Desk Institute.
